Where are we?
We are situated opposite Musselburgh Public Library and The Royal Bank of Scotland in Bridge Street, midway between the Brunton Hall and the road bridge over the River Esk.
We are within easy reach of Edinburgh Royal Infirmary, the new Queen Margaret’s University Campus and only 10 minutes walk from Musselburgh railway station.
Please inform reception when booking an appointment if you have any mobility difficulties as we do have wheelchair access.
Parking
Immediately outside the Practice you may park your car on the street for up to 30 minutes and therefore you will only have to walk a few steps to our door! You may also park in nearby Eskside West for an unlimited time, or use the car park located off Ladywell Way, adjacent to the Medical Practice next to the Brunton Theatre.
If you are planning to come and see us but are still struggling for directions, please do not hesitate to telephone for further instructions.

By Car
Musselburgh is just off the bypass not far from Fort Kinnaird Retail Park and 24 hour Asda Walmart. Travel time from the centre of Edinburgh is about 20 minutes.
From Edinburgh city centre: follow A1 East bound, travelling through Meadowbank, Willowbrae, Duddingston. Continue until junction with A199 (Sir Harry Lauder Road). Continue forward onto Milton Road, following signposts for Musselburgh. At end of Milton Road turn right along Edinburgh Road, entering Musselburgh.
From Haddington: travel West bound along A1. Follow A199 into Musselburgh, passing Musselburgh Racecourse. Continue along High Street into Bridge Street.
From Tranent: follow A199 West bound to enter Musselburgh at Levenhall. Continue past racecourse on through High Street to Bridge Street.
From Prestonpans and Port Seton: follow B1348 West bound to enter Musselburgh at Levenhall. Continue past racecourse on through High Street to Bridge Street.
From Dalkeith: follow A68 North to Sherriffhall roundabout. Follow A720 East until junction with A1 at Old Craighall services. Then follow B6415 into Musselburgh.
From Glasgow: leave the M8 at Junction 1 and travel along A720, Edinburgh city bypass, East-bound. Follow signs for A1 south, Berwick-upon-Tweed, travelling straight on at Sherriffhall roundabout until junction with A1 at Old Craighall services. Then follow B6415 into Musselburgh.

Many bus routes pass within metres of our practice and some of the services actually stop right outside our front door.
